Documents to be available when going to the company to extract the signature:

Originals of all company documents and papers.

A copy of the company's commercial register.

A copy of the tax card.

Company contract copy.

A copy of the identity card of the official.

The financier/authorized person fills out the company's data on a paper handed to him, then signs two copies of a contract related to the electronic signature certificate, one of which is kept. After the order is placed in the company, the official goes again to collect the signing certificate and the signing device, or they can be shipped to him.
